We Bring the Adventure to You!
Your Artem Adventure Artist will arrive to your approved venue, home, or restaurant 30 minutes prior to your event start time for setup, unless otherwise arranged/confirmed. If requesting a restaurant or venue, it is up to you the client to confirm that Artem Adventures Inc. is authorized to setup on the premises.
Please see individual descriptions for other specifics, as these may be required when making these arrangements.
For Arty Parties each Artem Adventure Painter will be provided:
1 16x20 Canvas, 1 Easel, 2 Brushes, 1 Paint Cup, Napkins, Paint
& any Misc. Supplies necessary for your Artwork!

Artem Adventure Custom Designs each Painting Theme for you!
We can provide Tables & Chairs for an additional $10 Per Painter. Events requiring Table & Chair Rentals Require 1 Week Advanced Booking to ensure availability!
We DO provide Craft Paper to protect your tables as well as, Aprons to protect your clothes!
We Clean Up! Large 30 Gallon Heavy Duty Trash bags will be provided to haul our mess away!
If no access to running water is available, please inform your Adventure Specialist so the Artist can plan accordingly.

We understand life happens!
Artem Adventures unfortunately does not offer refunds of our Booking Fee. We do aim to create with you and thus offer each Adventurer the opportunity to reschedule their booking. We reserve the right to limit the number of times a client can reschedule a single booking.
What is a Booking Fee?
Artem Adventure Inc's Booking Fee acts as a Non-Refundable Deposit to be used towards your Guest Minimum for your Arty Party & is required to book your event with Artem Adventures Inc. Without confirmed receipt of this Non-Refundable Booking Fee, your event has not been finalized!
This Non-Refundable Fee not only ensures your time and date are locked in but it also covers the materials and time of our Artists, administrative costs, as well as, travel!
Types of Booking Fees:
Half Down / Half Day of Event for Themed Parties & Arty Party Classes
Half Down / Half Upon Completion for Custom Commissions, Murals, & Window Art
***Full payment is required prior to setup for your event or receipt of custom goods, NO ACCEPTIONS***
We DO NOT charge booking fees for public art classes!
Return // Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation of your Artem Adventure that is
made & confirmed by Artem Adventures of 24 hours or more
from your scheduled event time will be offered a Credit on Account for the total amount paid.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be carefully considered by Management and will only be offered to Reschedule their Artem Adventure.
Artem Adventures Inc reserves the right to refuse to reschedule your event if:
1. You have already rescheduled a single event 3 or more times
2. Your Artist arrived onsite on-time, ready to create but there was an issue with the venue.
3. You treated your Artem Adventure Artist with extreme disrespect (screaming/yelling/cussing/demeaning) as they very kindly attempted to help with your scheduling issue.
